Statement before the Fact:
As the Commissioner for Burns and Head of Delegation, I hereby form the following Specialized Departments and Offices of Special Representatives for the Betterment of All Humankind, in addition, to up-holding of the Official Directives and Protocols of the Office of the Commissioner for Burns, an IGO. Furthermore, acting in my Official Capacity with regard to the aforementioned, I do hereby deemed these Departments and Specialized Offices as necessary in the fulfillment of my obligations to the International Community, and Member States.

Observing Of Special Days
As the Commissioner for Burns and Head of Delegation, I have formally requested all Principals and Staff Members of the O.C.B to sincerely observe these days and in cases where deaths have occurred to Remember Those and their Families; who still carry the heartfelt sadness for their loved-ones.
