Executive Services Department
Mission Statement
The Mission of the O.C.B Executive Services Department is to provide a secure environment, which is conducive to administrative functions and global endeavors of the Office of the Commissioner for Burns, pursuant to the Official Security Directive 1132011-4 and the O.C.B Protocol.

The Executive Services Department is comprised of personal security agents. These agents are responsible for and tasked with providing executive protection services, secure transportation, emergency medical aid, travel planning and logistical support for the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, related executive personnel, and immediate family members of the Office of the Commissioner for Burns, as assigned, both domestically and abroad.
The Executive Services Department is directed by the chief of the department and appointed by the Commissioner for Burns, in consultation with the "Committee of 12" (O.C.B Advisory Sub-Committee).
Guidance is provided under Security Directive 1132011-4 and the O.C.B Protocol, the Executive Services Department, as defined by the aforementioned, incorporates:
1) Official offices of the O.C.B. (domestic and international, incl. regional)
2) Telecommunication (secure and non-secure)
3) Information technology (O.C.B. network systems)
4) Intellectual property (official seals, etc.)
5) Public image
6) All transportation services (Car-1 thru Car-10), etc.
7) Official visitors of the O.C.B ( dignitaries, or other related guests)
8) The residences of the "top-tier" O.C.B. principals including the: 1) Commissioner, 2) Deputy Commissioner, 3) Chief of Staff, 4) Representative for Foreign Affairs, 4) Assistant Commissioner for Law Enforcement Services, and 5) Assistant Commissioner for Health & Human Services.
9) The intelligence services of the O.C.B., etc.
10) Related chairpersons of specialized committees
11) All COMSEC related requirements (trainings,technical support, procurement, etc.)

The personnel of the Executive Services Department are comprised of a vast aray of corporate security, law enforcement, intelligence and military services, through member States, and other related sources, such as the fire and medical services. In addition, the combined educational levels of the O.C.B.'s Executive Services Department personnel are more than 115 years of experience and accomplishments. It is of the highest priority, therefore, to ensure the lives and safety of the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioners and principals, and the immediate families of the personnel of the office of the Commissioner for Burns.
Knowledge of protection via the Executive Services Department provides personnel of the O.C.B. with personal security and confidence. As a result, those personnel are able to completely focus on their mission to assist the people of the world and deal with international affairs, as directed by O.C.B. mandates, protocols, and related directives.
